Melissa is a great real estate agent. Unlike other agents I've worked with, she always responded promptly to my calls and emails. She was patient with my questions and gave me answers and recommendations I could understand. If you're an investor, she knows the local market (and rents) well. She's quite familiar with the purchase and sale of rental properties. Melissa is a real professional with many years of experience. Also nice to work with. Highly recommend!

A good realtor would have considerable knowledge and experience, which Melissa Lamberti certainly has. Melissa has a genuine desire to help her clients. I can tell you that few realtors would have been able to make this sale happen at all, let alone complete the process as efficiently as she did. I should mention that I was the administrator for the estate, and that I don't live in Sacramento County, which made things difficult. Things could have easily gone south, but Melissa's aggressive and all-out efforts made all the difference in preserving some value for our youngest and most vulnerable family members. Having served with a number of gifted civilians and military in my past careers, it is still a joy to see such skill, effort, and sincere desire to help and serve.

Melissa was very professional and sincere right from the start. Especially when it was a very difficult time for our family. She came and met with us right away to evaluate the house and see what she had to work with. She offered many suggestions and got busy with her contacts. She sold the house super fast, and we were all amazed. I would highly recommend her to anybody trying to buy or sell, as you cannot ask for a better person.
