As a proud Sacramento Valley native, I bring a unique combination of experience as a REALTOR®, real estate investor, former mortgage lender to help clients confidently navigate today’s market. My hands-on investment and renovation experience give me a deep understanding of property value, market trends, renovation potential, and long-term real estate strategy allowing me to guide clients with both insight and vision whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
After earning my real estate license in 2011, I finally took the leap to being a full-time REALTOR® in 2020. I have been honored to earn Placer County Association of Realtors Master’s Club recognition in 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2024, I ranked Top 5 in both transactions and sales volume among more than 200+ agents on my eXp Realty team. In 2025, I was again recognized as a Top 10 agent on my eXp Realty team in both transactions and sales volume. These achievements reflect my dedication to delivering exceptional service, strong market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, and results for my clients.
Real estate has always been part of my story. I grew up in El Dorado Hills back when it was truly just “the Golden Hills” and have had the unique opportunity to watch the Sacramento region grow and evolve over the years. My love of homes, remodeling, and design came from my mom, who loved touring open houses and new home developments with me throughout the Sacramento region when I was growing up. Those experiences sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and helped shape the career I have today.
My father and grandfather were civil engineers and owned a civil construction company. My husband is a mechanical engineer and owns a commercial construction company, further strengthening my knowledge and experience in construction, remodeling, and real estate development.
I am proud to Granite Bay now home. Over the years, I have also lived in Folsom, Davis, Carmichael, Natomas, Rancho Cordova, and Rosemont. Having lived, worked, invested, and remodeled homes throughout many different areas of the Sacramento region gives me a well-rounded understanding of the local markets, neighborhoods, lifestyle differences, and property values across the area.
I earned my degree in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis, where I was also a member of the Women’s Soccer Team that advanced to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight. The discipline, teamwork, and perseverance I learned through athletics continue to shape the way I serve my clients today.
Before transitioning full-time into real estate, I spent several years in the mortgage industry, gaining invaluable knowledge about financing and the financial side of homeownership. Following the mortgage meltdown I spent 8 years in the funeral industry. After earning my real estate license in 2011, I began purchasing, renovating, and managing rental properties, building hands-on experience that continues to benefit my clients throughout every stage of the transaction process.
With a specialization in Luxury Home Sales and a commitment to serving families through life's defining moments, I bring both expertise and compassion to every client relationship. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) I help families downsize or transition to assisted living. I also have a special passion in helping families navigate the process of selling an inherited home. My background in funeral services, combined with my own personal experience caring for aging parents, has shaped an approach rooted in empathy, patience, and deep understanding. I believe that buying or selling a home is one of life's most significant milestones — and my goal is to honor that by making the process as smooth, informed, and supported as possible.
